Benford Capital Partners (“Benford Capital” or “BCP”), a Chicago-based private equity investment firm, is pleased to announce its recapitalization of RP Foods, LLC (“RP Foods” or the “Company”) in partnership with Founder and CEO Guillermo Trevino and VP of Sales Longinos Zuniga, who will continue to lead the Company post-closing. RP Foods is the fourth platform investment in Benford Capital Partners II, LP.

Founded in 1999 and based in Dallas, TX, RP Foods is a leading branded, private label, and B2B Hispanic food and beverage products company selling to retail and CPG food customers across the United States. The Company’s product lines include Kuii coconut milk beverages, Masabrosa corn masa flour, tostadas, and cookies.
