Benford Capital’s investment in LiteSentry represents its fifth industrial technology acquisition, an industry area of focus for the firm.

Founded in 1999 by Mark Abbott and based in Northfield, MN, the Company is a leading provider of automated inspection and process control systems to the flat glass fabrication market. LiteSentry’s business strategy, growth plans and leadership team remain unchanged. Benford Capital’s investment in LiteSentry will support incremental growth, new hires, and business development efforts to build upon the Company’s legacy as a niche market leading test and measurement equipment manufacturer.
