Benford Capital Partners (“Benford Capital” or “BCP”) and Industrial QC Holdings, LLC (“Industrial QC”) are pleased to announce the acquisition of Avalon Vision Solutions, LLC (“AVS” or the “Company”). AVS represents Industrial QC’s fourth acquisition, following LiteSentry, LLC (“LiteSentry”) in November 2019, Softsolution GmbH (“Softsolution”) in July 2021, and Strainoptics, LLC (“Strainoptics”) in August 2022.

Founded in 1991 and headquartered in Lithia Springs, Georgia, AVS is a global leader in machine vision solutions for the injection molding and die casting industries. The company’s flagship product, MoldWatcher, is a proprietary vision system used by leading manufacturers worldwide to ensure consistent quality, enhance efficiency, and eliminate costly downtime in molding and casting operations.
