Benford Capital Partners (“Benford Capital” or “BCP”), a Chicago-based private equity investment firm, today announced that its portfolio company BSC Industries, LLC (“BSC” or the “Company”) has completed two acquisitions: Intercontinental Bearing Supply Co., Inc. (“IBSCO”) and Bearings Enterprises, Inc., operating as Emerson Bearing and Action Bearing (“BEI”). BSC has now completed four acquisitions since partnering with BCP in 2023.

IBSCO, founded in 1981 and headquartered in Cypress, TX, is a value-added distributor of precision and miniature bearings and a provider of authorized re-lubrication services for aerospace and defense, medical device, and general industrial applications. IBSCO offers a diverse product offering, operates a Class 6 cleanroom, and holds ISO:9001, AS9100, and AS9120 certifications. Over more than four decades, IBSCO has built a reputation for technical expertise, quality, and on-time delivery. IBSCO President Randall Burton will continue to lead the business.

BEI, founded in 1966 and headquartered in Boston, MA, is an independent distributor of bearings, chains, linear motion products, and other related industrial components serving MRO and OEM customers across the United States. The acquisition increases BSC’s density in its core New England markets.

Together, the acquisitions advance BSC’s strategy of building a premier industrial solutions provider, combining a comprehensive offering across bearings, power transmission, motion control, and automation with the technical expertise and value-added services customers depend on.
