Benford Capital Partners Welcomes Amit Singh and Adam Gross
Benford Capital Partners (“BCP”) is pleased to announce two new hires: Amit Singh, a Principal on the Investment Team, and Adam Gross, a Vice President of Portfolio Operations. These additions reflect BCP’s strategy to scale our team with experienced investment and operating professionals who share our passion for buying and building founder and family-owned companies.
Amit brings significant experience sourcing and investing in lower middle-market businesses. Prior to BCP, he was a Vice President at Bessemer Investors where he was part of the founding team. At Bessemer, Amit focused on the industrial, business services, and consumer sectors. Previously, he was an Associate at Two Sigma, investing in private companies across a broad range of industries, and an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Barclays Capital.

Adam brings over a decade of experience leading value creation and business transformation initiatives across industries including technology, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and business services. At BCP he will be responsible for enhancing financial performance, operational efficiency, and commercial strategy across the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining BCP, Adam was a Senior Director at Beckway, a boutique consulting firm focused on private equity-owned companies. His work included building FP&A capabilities, executing cost savings opportunities, and optimizing pricing and working capital. Earlier in his career, Adam worked as a management consultant at Accenture; he began his career at IBM in various finance roles.
