This marks the seventh platform investment in Benford Capital Partners II, LP.

Headquartered in Sumter, SC, Carolina Filters is a leading provider of mission-critical filtration services and products, serving customers across diverse end markets including healthcare, industrial, and education. Founded in 1968 and led by CEO Andrew McCord, the Company operates three business units:

• Process Equipment Cleaning – Provides highly technical cleaning and testing services for metallic filtration systems and process equipment
• Indoor Air Quality – Provides outsourced air quality and HVAC-related facility services to hospitals, educational institutions, and commercial buildings
• Supply – Distributes customized air and liquid filtration products

BCP and KCM will support Carolina Filters’ next phase of growth through strategic investments in operational infrastructure, sales and marketing resources, and geographic expansion. The Company also intends to pursue complementary add-on acquisitions to broaden its filtration service and product capabilities.
