Benford Capital Partners: 2024 Year in Review

2024 was a milestone year for Benford Capital Partners (“Benford Capital” or “BCP”) as we celebrated our 20th anniversary. Over the course of the year, we completed six acquisitions (two platforms and four add-ons) and successfully exited four portfolio companies.

We continued to grow and invest in our team, with six new hires and two well-deserved promotions.

We proudly supported World Bicycle Relief for the fourth consecutive year and expanded our undergraduate and MBA internship programs, with a total of six interns.

For over 20 years, we have remained focused on majority recapitalizations and succession buyouts of lower middle market founder and family-owned companies in the following industries: Industrial Technology, Food & Consumer, Agriculture Products & Services, and B2B E-commerce

We deeply value the partnerships with all of our investors, management teams and service providers and look forward to building on the momentum of 2024 as we embark on an exciting year ahead.
