Benford Capital Partners (“Benford Capital”) and its portfolio company, Argus Monitoring Solutions Holdings, LLC (“Argus”), today announced the acquisitions of Civionic Engineering & Consulting, Inc. (“Civionic”) and Piedmont Geologic, P.C. (“Piedmont Geologic”).

The transactions strengthen Argus’ capabilities in structural health and environmental monitoring and expand its geographic footprint across the United States and Canada. Together, the acquisitions enhance Argus’ ability to serve critical infrastructure owners and operators with solutions designed to optimize asset performance and protect against regulatory, litigation, and environmental risks.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Port Moody, British Columbia, Civionic provides structural health monitoring and inspection services for bridges and transportation networks across North America. The company brings deep expertise in advanced sensor deployment, data acquisition, and infrastructure performance analysis.

The acquisition expands Argus’ environmental compliance and geotechnical service offerings in attractive and growing end markets.
