(“Vibration Energy Services”) under Argus Monitoring Solutions Holdings, LLC (“Argus Monitoring Solutions” or “Argus”). BCP formed Argus in October 2021 as a holding company to acquire test & measurement services and equipment companies in the seismic and environmental monitoring industries, and initially acquired Sauls Seismic and Nomis Seismographs.

Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Frederick, MD, Seismic Surveys is a leading provider of infrastructure-related consulting inspection services and seismic and environmental monitoring services. Seismic Surveys will continue to be led by David Miller, P.G. (President and Co-Founder), Patrick Hastings, Jr., P.G. (VP of Operations), and Eric Rehwoldt, P.E., P.G. (VP of Engineering).

Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Vibration Energy Services is a leading provider of seismic monitoring and pre- and post-blast survey services in the South Florida market.
