Alpha Safety Completes Add-on Acquisition of Pajarito Scientific Corporation
Benford Capital Partners (“Benford Capital” or “BCP”), a Chicago-based private equity investment firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Alpha Safety Holdings, LLC (“Alpha Safety”), has completed the acquisition of Pajarito Scientific Corporation (“PSC” or “Pajarito”). PSC joins Alpha Safety to create a leading expert in the safe handling, storage, transportation, and analysis of nuclear material.
Founded in 1986 and based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, PSC provides equipment and services related to nuclear material characterization, radiation safety, modular panel containment systems, specialty ventilation systems, and other highly engineered products and technical services that support critical safety across Department of Energy and commercial nuclear clients. PSC will continue to operate from its current locations with ongoing leadership from Martin Clapham, Chief Science Officer, and Jeremy Heath, Vice President, in cooperation with the Alpha Safety leadership team.
